Description of problem:

After clicking on CVE hyperlink from Satellite WebUI it redirects to an incorrect URL.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.8, 6.9.

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to Satellite WebUI -> Content -> Errata -> Errata ID -> click on CVE ID


Actual results:

CVE hyperlink redirecting to URL https://www.redhat.com/security/data/cve/CVE-XXXX-XXXX.html

Expected results:

CVE hyperlink should redirect to URL https://access.redhat.com/security/cve/cve-XXXX-XXXX

This issue spans more than Satellite errata.  I had raised customer platform issue yesterday for them to fix the redirection link: 

https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CP-1682
