Description of problem:

I am in the preliminary stage of packaging apache arrow and apache ORC.

Both packages build with cmake and need /usr/lib*/cmake/re2/* files which
can (only) be produced by building with cmake.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 36 development cycle.
Changing version to 36.
