Description of problem:

A customer noticed their network infrastructure detected network loop at the physical interface connected to an ovs bridge.
The loop was detected shortly after the node was recovered from reboot by stonith in pacemaker cluster.

I'm closing this. As the reporter stated, they think this is fixed by the neutron-cleanup service. Since stating that, there have been no updates on the issue. I suspect this is not something the OVN team needs to address.
