The python3-simpleparse-2.2.2-6.fc35 package owns /usr/lib64/python3.10/site-packages/tests and files within. This clashes with other packages owning (files in) that directory. In most cases, a "tests" module in site-packages is an error that should be corrected in upstream packaging. As downstream mitigation, it can be removed at the end of %install.
