Missing icon and details

Description of problem:
While installing Odr Hub Operator via UI, icon and other details such as description, provider, repository, etc. are missing in the card and post installation in operator details page.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
OCP: 4.9.0-0.nightly-2021-10-05-004711
ODF,Odr: 4.9.0-164.ci

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to OperatorHub and search for Odr Hub Operator. Observer icon and details are missing.
2. After installation, go to 'Installed Operators', click on the operator and observe icon and various details are missing there as well.

Actual results:
Icon and details are missing during and post installation.

Expected results:
Icon and all relevant details should be present.
