Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log

This is required ot reduce RTO for the DR solution in all, and helps improve the relocate RTO. As discussed in the DR meetings, opening a bug to track the following  upstream issue in this regard for the product: https://github.com/csi-addons/volume-replication-operator/issues/120
