Description of problem: inside src duplicity package there is a patch 278270b730302a4e8f04976aa8013d2babc00530.diff that removes --s3-region-name and --s3-endpoint-url options. in consequence sending a backup to e.g. minio s3 server is impossible without using python3 boto module, which is unavailable in official repos. there is only python3-boto3 used by newer s3+boto3 option but without setting custom endpoint url, one can only use amazon s3 bucket (and not some other custom one) Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): duplicity-0.8.20-1.el8.x86_64
