hplip has License of 'GPLv2+ and MIT and BSD and IJG and and GPLv2+ with exceptions and ISC'. Is one component missing or was the operator doubled?

Hi Zbyszek,

thanks for checking! It is a leftover after fix for #1995647 - Public Domain was removed because other licenses are more restrictive and 'Public Domain' license made hplip look as proprietary in PackageKit.

If it does not break anything else, I will fix it only in rawhide for now (it will get propagated to stable releases with next update).
