In this release, the `servicemonitorManifest` parameter no longer overrides the manifest that is created when Smart Gateways are created by the Service Telemetry Operator. You can now use the `servicemonitorManifest` parameter to create an additional Service Monitor object without affecting those created for metrics Smart Gateways.

As of STF 1.4, the semantics of servicemonitor_manifest have changed slightly. This BZ is just to hold the release notes doctext for that change.

Updated release note to refer to the CRD parameter name of servicemonitorManifest instead of the internal conversation to snake-case.
