Description of problem:

Plasma 5 on Fedora 35 has additional bugs compared to other distributions because the version of QT shipped is 5.15.2. 

KDE maintains its own QT version with the latest fixes and many other distributions ship it. It's important to ship the most updated QT to improve stability, security, and improve the user experience on Fedora's KDE spin.
