This bug was initially created as a copy of Bug #1973155

I am copying this bug because: 



Description of problem:

Enable autotune for osd_memory_target

cephadm brings the support for osd_memory_target with the help of this bug - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1939354 but in RHCS5 we have the autotune feature disabled. This bug will bring the support for autotune of osd_memory_target!

Solution:

We need to copy the documentation from 

https://docs.ceph.com/en/latest/cephadm/install/#enabling-osd-memory-autotuning

to downstream
