Description of problem: This issue with NSS effects Firefox 91.3.0esr (64-bit) and makes the password manager and the browser essentially unusable if you have both a large number of logins saved and a login page open. The only workaround I have found it so turn off the password manager. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): nss-3.67.0-4.el7_9.x86_64 with firefox-91.3.0-1.el7_9.x86_64 How reproducible: All day, every day. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Use Firefox password manager with a large number of passwords. 2. Open a Web page with a saved password (access.redhat.com, for instance) 3. Watch all your CPUs peg and wait for multiple minutes for keystrokes to show up after you type them. Actual results: Using the Firefox password manager becomes essentially impossible. Expected results: Firefox and password manager are usable again. Additional info: This is fixed in NSS 3.68 as mentioned in the Mozilla bug here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1729930 Can this fix be backported to nss-3.67 or can we move nss forward to 3.68?
