This is not an RHCS bug. If the customer wants to pursue this with the RHEL team, they can. Unless RHEL issues a fix for RHEL 7, we (RHCS) cannot resolve this issue for the customer. 

Please open a RHEL bug referencing this one if the customer wants to pursue this further. They are speaking to the wrong team here.
