Description Bruno Wolff III 2021-12-09 19:53:09 UTC
Description of problem:
Phillip has pushed some new commits upstream to fix a couple of minor bugs. We should check back in a week and if there isn't a continuing stream of new stuff or a new release, make a new build with the available fixes.

Comment 1 Bruno Wolff III 2021-12-28 15:17:49 UTC
I pulled HEAD for rawhide to get some more testing of the changes. I'm going to still wait before building for other releases to see if more updates come in the near future.

Comment 2 Bruno Wolff III 2022-01-28 08:51:44 UTC
Phillip put out a few more minor changes over the two days. He has announced there will be a new point release soon. Also that man pages will be added before the release. I'm testing the new changes in rawhide so as to catch an obvious issues in time to fix them ahead of the new release.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 36 development cycle.
Changing version to 36.

Comment 4 Bruno Wolff III 2022-02-14 22:26:24 UTC
We're getting real close. The man pages are done and I think all the outstanding issues that Phillip wants to address at this time are probably done. No problems have been reported in f36 or rawhide where we have been keeping very close to HEAD to get testing done before the new release.

Comment 5 Bruno Wolff III 2022-02-23 00:00:48 UTC
A bunch of fuzzing and static analysis bug reports slowed this down a bit, but it looks like Phillip is targetting March 10th for the release.

Comment 6 Bruno Wolff III 2022-03-25 07:12:01 UTC
The new release is out and builds have been pushed to testing.
