Description John Poelstra 2006-08-18 14:16:44 EDT
Description of problem:
"Fixed in version" field is truncated and unreadable and therefore it is not
easy to see which errata advisory to go to for a particular bug. This is
important for the new content definition process where we are trying to do a
better job of providing clearer, more direct communication.

I realize this information should be in the errata comments, but it is much
eaiser to query or find if it is in a standard field. I would also propose that
a bugzilla should not be allowed to be CLOSED_ERRATA unless a valid errata ID is
provided, thus enforcing greater data integrity.

It would also be very helpful to provide the RHN URL to make navigation to the
errata advisory much easier.

See attached screen shot example.

Screenshot displaying Fixed In field.

There is a separate line in Additional Bug Informtaion section that also
displays the fixed in value in it's full form. This would be where people
should look to see the value. The form field below the resolution drop down is
just for inputting the value basically.
