Description of problem: Can python-nodeenv be branched for EPEL9? Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): matching current fedora version How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual results: Expected results: Additional info:
Will you be able to branch and build python-nodeenv in epel9?
I have offered a PR to update this package to the current version: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-nodeenv/pull-request/2 It removes the dependency on the deprecated python-mock package; if merged, it can be branched for EPEL9 without further changes.
I’ve requested an EPEL9 branch and am building the package now. Feel free to set me (FAS music) as the Bugzilla Assignee for EPEL; only the “main admin,” Chandan Kumar, can do this.
