Description of problem:
MTV doesn't provide an option "Select all" checkbox at the top of the column to cancel several VMs. Hence, users needs to select one-by-one cancel migration of individual VMs in a plan.
So, it would be nice if MTV provides an option.

As per the Information provided in this bug. It seems like there was already select all checkbox present.
But now I don't see.

Verified with MTV-2.3.0-15/ iib: 164989, CNV-4.10, OCP-4.10
Can cancel VMs by selecting all checkboxes at a time "click on Checkbox" which appears near a "Name" data-label only when plan is in Running State.(Screenshot is attached)
