In MTV-2.2 using a non Admin VMware user, that was missing Snapshot management failed warm migration with an exception error:
Bug 2033289 - [VMware non Admin user] invalid memory address or nil pointer dereference in forklift-controller
That was fixed on MTV-2.3 (GA March 2022), and instead this error message appear:
"ServerFaultCode: Permission to perform this operation was denied."
See screenshot attached.

We have this MTV-2.3 Documentation Bug 2036928 - [Doc] VMware vSphere minimal privilege set,
for adding details on which permissions are required for VMware non Admin user, in order to perform cold/warm VMs migration.
