Verify if using RHEL8 UBI Minimal is fine for ocs-must-gather-container

It was requested by @sheggodu, to verify if using RHEL UBI minimal causes no problem as for most of the components we use UBI minimal instead of standard. And if it works fine with minimal we can go for that. It is mostly a tracker bug for that.
