We have experienced some issues deploying on the Cloud (AWS) and we believe this is not a good deployment target. The reason we bring Multus in is to take advantage of hardware capabilities in delivering very large throughput. AWS is not really suited for this nor seen as a highly performant environment. So it does not make too much sense to enable Multus on AWS from our perspective.
We'd rather focus on bare metal and potentially VMWare.
