Staus of Storage.

Description of problem:
--------------------------
While the storage cluster is in creation the status of storage is "unknown " under home dashboard in UI. It should be either "progressing" or "in progress" .

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1. After the successful installation of ODF operator , create Storage system .
2. While the storage cluster in under progress , direct to HOME dashboard.

Actual results:
---------------
The status if storage is visible as " Unknown ".


Expected results:
-----------------
The status should be projected as " In progress" or " Progressing ".
