Comment 1 Andy Burns 2006-08-24 21:05:36 UTC
Description of problem:
Running on a Dell D800 laptop with Geforce 4200Go, as I remember it FC3/FC4
detected the inbuilt nvidia ok, but required manual tweaking of modelines to
work properly with the 16:9 inbuilt LCD panel, FC5 detected the LCD panel
correctly out of the box, now with FC6T2+updates xorg has reverted to using the
VESA driver, which is much slower and also doesn't support the proper 16:9 LCD
resolutions.

What does 'kudzu -p -c video' print?

Comment 3 Adam Jackson 2006-08-24 22:51:45 UTC
Also, rpm -q kudzu
