Describe the issue:In Pre-requisites for file system deployment, installation of ceph-fuse section needs to be added 

Describe the task you were trying to accomplish: deploy cephfs and mount using ceph-fuse 

Suggestions for improvement:
In pre-req, point a link to section 3.7 as pre-req for section 3.3 which has info on installing ceph-fuse
