Description of problem: Trying to access www.shellenergy.co.uk results in the error ... Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to shellenergy.co.uk. Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s). Error code: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 95.0.2 (64 bit) Mozilla Firefox for Fedora fedora - 1.0 How reproducible: Always. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Try accessing www.shellenergy.co.uk (or webmail.plus.net) 2. 3. Actual results: No pages displayed, just the error (above) Expected results: I would expect to get the page displayed. Additional info: The official version of Mozilla Firefox 96.0.2 (downloaded direct from mozilla.org) does not fail. As an aside, there appears to be several differences between the Fedora and official Mozilla versions - like where the history and passwords are saved. Not entirely sure why this "Fedora" version exists.
> webmail.plus.net Works fine for me. Maybe that was their fault and they fixed the site already. > https://www.shellenergy.co.uk/ I can confirm that this website does not load with the same error code that you have seen (tested with Firefox 98.0). I can confirm that the error code is nonsense because there are ciphers overlapping between Firefox' ciphers and the ones provided by that website: * Test your Firefox ciphers: https://clienttest.ssllabs.com:8443/ssltest/viewMyClient.html * ciphers of that website: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=www.shellenergy.co.uk&s=34.242.82.39
