Description of problem:
Unable to deploy iscsi service

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.0 / 16.2.0-117

How reproducible:
Always at the customer site.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create the spec file - iscsi-gateway.yml
2. Deployment is attempted on dedicated iscsi gateway nodes
3. Service is never deployed on dedicated iscsi gateway nodes

Actual results:
iscsi service is not deployed using spec file - iscsi-gateway.yml

Expected results:
Successful deployment of iscsi services on dedicated iscsi nodes.
