Monitor -> Recurring  logics

Description of problem: In locale ja_JP, zh_CN, pt_BR, fr_FR, and es_ES, strings are not marked as translatable strings


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Satellite 6.8, 6.9, 6.10


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Satellite instance with any locale.
2. Monitor - Recurring logics
3. look for column heading on table.

Actual results: Column table heading strings are not marked as translated.


Expected results: Strings should be marked as translatable strings.

This issue has been observed in Satellite 6.11.0 Beta build as well.

Verified on Satellite 6.14 sn 4, these table headers are now marked as translatable strings
