If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks, gnome-terminal will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 37, gnome-terminal will be retired, if it still fails to build. Your build somehow got the gtk4 include paths into the build instead of gtk3 ones. Not an upstream bug.
Nautilus broke the ABI/API of libnautilus-extension (port from gtk3 to gtk4) without changing the pkg-config file name.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 36 development cycle. Changing version to 36.
