It failed only on ppc, that's odd.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 36 development cycle. Changing version to 36.
This turned out to be an issue caused by the glibc IEEE128 long double redirection using a new version of syslog(), causing the test logs to be empty.
