This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 36 development cycle. Changing version to 36.
I have opened a PR that fixes the FTBFS. Feel free to add me a as a comaintainer (davidsch), if you are happy with me pushing and building directly.
Actually, I was thinking of orphaning, as it seems like upstream is pretty inactive. If you're interested in taking over, I'll just orphan right now and you can click the Take button.
Works for me as well. I intend to get a new release based on the fork out ...
OK, I've now done so, feel free to take it. It may be best to switch to the fork at some point though.
