Storage Cluster yaml

Description of problem: We used an OpenShift Container Storage YAML file to create StorageCluster. There were missing mon pods. Only mon-a was created. After that, we wanted to clean up the cluster. We clicked "Delete storage" on the Openshift console and after that storage was stuck in the "Deleting" phase. In version 4.8 we could delete StorageCluster with a force flag when something went wrong. With version 4.9 even the force flag couldn't help to delete all resources. We couldn't clean up a cluster in any way.

This YAML file was used for 4.8 MixedMedia mode benchmarking.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Storage with provided YAML file on OpenShift Data Foundation

Actual results:
Issue with cluster deployment + issue with cleaning the resources.

Expected results:
The storage cluster is deployed and we are able to delete the cluster without any issues.

Hello Adrian,

We would request you to raise a ticket with Red Hat Support [1] to get help via a case. We quickly checked and found that your account is associated with the account number 5839419. We did check for the entitlement and found that you do not have any valid Red Hat OpenShift Container Storage or Red Hat OpenShift Data Foundation.

We would request you to open a support ticket with the account which is having a valid entitlement.

Regards,
Ashish Singh
