Description Josef Zimek 2022-02-02 10:58:52 UTC
Description of problem:

Google Cloud Platform enhanced the fence agent used in Pacemaker cluster of Google Cloud VMs, specifically used for SAP solutions (HANA, NetWeaver ASCS/ERS).

There are several pull requests, latest one is https://github.com/ClusterLabs/fence-agents/pull/458

The new version introduced better error handling and retry mechanism to enhance the fencing capability. This benefits to all customers deploy Pacemaker clusters in Google Cloud Platform.
