Description of problem:

Please add a tool tip on the Select Migration Network that would explain what is it's purpose and how it should be set.

Moving to MODIFIED, this was backported as part of a fast-forward merge from main to release-v2.3.0 (d040082)

Verified with MTV-2.3.0-37 iib:186299, CNV-4.10.0-674, OCP-4.10.0-fc.
When an User move the cursor onto the "Select migration network" button the following tooltip is displayed 'Select a network for transferring migration data from the selected hosts'.
