This is a placeholder issue for issues that were fixed in RHEL9 in ovn-2021 FDP 22.A. RHEL9 builds are exactly the same as RHEL8, so the same issues from the RHEL8 build are fixed here. This is the list of issues:

run basic jobs on fdp9, the result is the same as fdp8. set VERIFIED
