Description of problem: Please branch and build python-isodate for EPEL 9.
I don't have any RHEL9/CentOS9 machines to test this on. If anyone would like to join as co-maintainer for EPEL9 I will be happy to add them and let them take care of this. I think jmatthews is a Red Hatter and already co-maintainer of this package so maybe they can take this?
The current rawhide branch builds unmodified for EPEL 9, as can be seen from this scratch build: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=84372524 The package exists in EPEL 7 and EPEL 8, so at least at some point the maintainers cared about EPEL. If none of the current maintainers want to build for EPEL 9 I can volunteer to do it if you give me the necessary access rights.
This is one of the dependencies I need for python-msrest and azure-cli in EPEL 9. It would be awesome to get this one backported and I'd also be happy to help maintain it. 👋🏻
