Description of problem: There is no build of rtl-sdr for RHEL 8. Please branch and build rtl-sdr for EPEL 8. Additional info: The rawhide branch of this packages builds successfully against EPEL 8 with no modifications. If maintenance and/or testing is a concern, please consider adding me (cottsay) as an EPEL-only co-maintainer of this package.
