Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):
storageconsumer reconciliation fails due to the below reasons

1. cephResourcesByName is not initialized
    panic: assignment to entry in nil map
2. cephFilesystemSubVolumeGroup resource is named with camel casing (Should consist of only lower case)

Verified it during deployment (on consumer and provider)

Storage consumer-created successfully.

ocs-operator.v4.10.0 :
