Description Paul Johnson 2006-09-08 00:18:53 EDT
Description of problem:

I run nautilus in browser mode and on the left side I see a hierarchy of
folders. If I right click on a folder in the left side and choose "move to
trash", then the nautilus crashes immediately. No lock up, just disappears
immediately.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
nautilus-2.14.3-1.fc5

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. right click on a folder in the left hand side while in tree view mode
2. choose "move to trash"
3. watch fun as nautilus disappears

Actual results:

folder removal

Expected results:

death by seg fault

Its not actually a crash. What happens is that when you move the directory to
the trash you first click on the directory which makes you load that directory,
which then gets moved to the trash. The FC5 nautilus would close the window when
the directory went away. The one in FC6 doesn't, instead you end up displaying
in the trash. Not ideal either, but far better.
