Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippets):

ACM backup functionality for hub resources requires special labels added to the resources, these are missing from DRPolicy resources that are user created and ramen config map that maybe user edited.

Ask is to auto add the required labels for these resources as well.
