No logs for the mentioned pod http://magna002.ceph.redhat.com/ocsci-jenkins/openshift-clusters/j-149vuf1cs36-t4a/j-149vuf1cs36-t4a_20220215T121514/logs/testcases_1644930385/ocs_must_gather/quay-io-rhceph-dev-ocs-must-gather-sha256-145035b0678ba76a257e6e9864291b683cc512bf55d36efdfe2c9f6ba5347964/namespaces/openshift-storage/pods/rook-ceph-tools-76f4947689-lbxzn/

There is another toolbox pod already running.

Is this reproducible? If not then I don't think that the severity should be high, its a terminating toolbox pod.

I see this is using tini, not sure why.

Comment 4 Travis Nielsen 2022-02-28 16:26:34 UTC
Was the node terminated where the toolbox was running? Even so, force terminating seems like it should work.

Comment 5 Travis Nielsen 2022-03-04 16:22:23 UTC
Moving to 4.11 while waiting for more info on the repro

Comment 6 Sébastien Han 2022-03-21 16:38:26 UTC
Closing due to the lack of repro. Please re-open if you encounter this issue again.
Thanks!
