Description of problem:

When running the rpminspect manually, I got this log:

  http://pastebin.test.redhat.com/1032511

which includes several failures like:

Hardened: /usr/lib64/libopenblaso64-r0.3.15.so: FAIL: fortify test because -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 was not present on command line (function: sgetrf2_)

openblas-0.3.15-3.el9

How reproducible:
run rpminspect

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpminspect-redhat  openblas-0.3.15-3.el9

Actual results:
annocheck failures

Expected results:
no failures

Additional info:
It looks like this RHEL-8 patch didn't make it to Fedora and therefore to RHEL-9:
