Description of problem:
As of MAME 0.241 upstream defaults to bgfx on all platforms (https://github.com/mamedev/mame/commit/eee7d7d155d527996890a90c952f9856675c965d). bgfx works well on Fedora, so I think we can stop hardcoding opengl. I've put up https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/mame/pull-request/1 to this end.
