Describe the issue:
In the section 8.5 of the Administration guide for tuning the bluestore using bluestore_min_alloc_size parameter, the steps shared in the procedure are confusing.

Under the Prerequisites of the above section, it is mentioned that to change the parameter value we need to redeploy the existing OSDs, and for new OSDs set the new value for the configuration parameter.

However, in the procedure section step-2, it is mentioned to restart the OSD only and it create confusion because in RHCS 4, it is more verbosely explained the steps for the existing OSDs that need to re-deploy and for the new OSDs that will be added in the cluster.

Suggestions for improvement:

- Add the steps verbosely for existing OSDs and new OSDs to tune the bluestore_min_alloc_size configuration parameter
