The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Please check the Brew build failure and handle it as any other Brew build failure of your package.
In case you think this was temporary issue caused by Brew instability and rebuild should fix it,
you can initiate this rebuild by using `rhpkg clone resource-agents` followed by`rhpkg switch-branch rhel-9.0.0` and `rhpkg build`.

This is a brew issue (unable to tag), not an issue with the package itself.

This was misconfiguration of Brew tag caused by wrong ordering of tasks during the mass branching. The brew build itself is OK and can be used, it is just the tagging to rhel-9.1.0-gate which failed. The OSCI team will tag manually.
