A new bug-fix update for the 1.0.x branch came out:
https://github.com/flatpak/flatpak-xdg-utils/releases/tag/1.0.5

We are currently carrying flatpak-xdg-utils-1.0.4 in RHEL 8, but we already have flatpak-xdg-utils-1.0.5 in Fedora >= 35, which should give us ample testing.

This is part of rebasing the Flatpak stack (bug 2062417).
