Version 5.00.00.00(Build 52) the bmh host is e20-h31-7525.alias.bos.scalelab.redhat.com @ @slai the team is still waiting for must-gather, can you please add it? @ @slai please follow the steps: - upgrade the IDRAC firmware - retry the deployment using a more recent version of 4.9 (I believe 4.9.28 is the latest, I may be wrong) - IF it fails again please report the must-gather and the related info on the hardware thanks The bm hosts have expired, acm qe don't have any Dell iDRAC now. we will try it after we apply for the scale lab hosts. I am using the release version 4.10.2(Stable) and ACM-- 2.4.4 VERSION idrac9: 5.10.10 version Image provisioning failed: Deploy step deploy.deploy failed with BadRequestError: HTTP POST https://***.**.***.**/redfish/v1/Managers/iDRAC.Embedded.1/VirtualMedia/CD/Actions/VirtualMedia.InsertMedia returned code 400. Thanks.. @rapt19.se please open a different BZ, this is for ACM 2.5 and OCP 4.9.z thanks we're currently investigating another similar case that does not involve ACM but has the same exact issue, iso image is not created since we have a workaround at least for the ACM case, I think we can close this BZ and we'll focus on the other to provide a permanent solution this is the other case which is not related to ACM, but with the same issue https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2116896 The needinfo request[s] on this closed bug have been removed as they have been unresolved for 365 days |
