Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):
CSI-Addons does not have an icon. we are missing the data and mediatype values from CSVs https://pkgs.devel.redhat.com/cgit/containers/odf-csi-addons-operator-bundle/tree/bundle/manifests/odf-csi-addons-operator.clusterserviceversion.yaml?h=rhodf-4.10-rhel-8#n41

It is failing one of the CVP test.

Validating can be done by:

1. open the OCP Console and log in
2. select "Workloads" in the left menu (in the openshift-storage project)
3. select "Deployments"
4. click the "csi-addons-controller-manager" deployment
5. find "Owner" on the page
6. click "odf-csi-addons-operator"
7. confirm there is a Red Hat logo in front of the "CSI Addons" title

Following the steps provided in comment #5, Red Hat logo exists in front of the "CSI Addons" title.
