Description of problem:

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install rosa cluster  
2.configure security group
3. start add-on installation
4. keep a  watch on below commands in openshift project:
   a. rosa list addons -c <Cluster name>
   b. oc get storagecluster
   c. oc get csv 
Actual results:
Addon installation has failed status. And on an immediate log all csv is in success state and storage cluster is in error state. The rest of the status (ODF and csv and deployer) look fine after considerable time insterval


Expected results:
Add-on should succeed 
csv state should be in succeeded status only if  all 2 components in ready status. (alert manager, Prometheus, storage cluster)

Hi Suchita,

1. Is this issue still seen in recent deployments?
2. Considerable investigation was done earlier only to find that eventually the addon will be ready if the underlying components (storagecluster, alertmanager and prometheus) are ready

The issue is not observed with v2.0.7, v2.0.8 and v2.0.9 ODFMS addon.
