Suggest to test with RHEL 8.8 with latest DPDK 21.11.2 to see if this is still an issue. If so, the questions that come to mind are: 1. Has this test passed previously with this NIC and earlier versions of RHEL/DPDK ? 2. Does this test pass with other NICs on the same DUT ? 3. Where are the testpmd commands that are used on the host and guest of the DUT ?
