BZ #2086471 is targeted for 5.3 which means ODF 4.12 but my question was about test blocker, do you still think it is a test blocker?

Steps:
------
1. Installed RDR cluster
2. Deployed workload on one of the managed cluster
3. Checked mirror status and rdb image status

$ oc get cephblockpools.ceph.rook.io ocs-storagecluster-cephblockpool -n openshift-storage -o jsonpath='{.status.mirroringStatus}'
