rook-ceph-mon pods are crashing after deploying ODF stretch cluster. The customer reinstalled OCP and then deployled ODF after which they observed the issue.

Version of all relevant components (if applicable):
ODF 4.9.5

(please explain in detail what is the user impact)?
Yes, delayed production

Is there any workaround available to the best of your knowledge?
No, except reinstalling ODF which customer didn't agree to.
